RSBC Care Ltd was established in December 2021 and aims to become one of the leading recruitment agencies, building a reputation for a professional, friendly and caring service.

We currently provide nurses, care workers, hospital or appointment escorts, one to one care, as well as community carers for housekeeping work, personal shopping, sleepover/companionship and domiciliary care.

Our flexible staffing service is based on the central objective of providing appropriately trained workers in a timely and cost-effective manner, and of a quality consistent with your own staff. We will work closely with you to understand your needs and commit to provide quality service by empowering our own staff with relevant and necessary skills and knowledge through up-to-date trainings and education.
